【煤质柱状活性炭】

【木质柱状活性炭】
大德木质柱状活性炭采用优质木屑、椰壳等为原料，经粉碎、混合、挤压、成型、干燥、炭化、活化而制成的柱状活性炭比传统的煤质柱状炭灰份低、杂质少、CTC占绝对优势。产品孔径分布合理，达到最大吸附与脱附，从而大大提高产品的使用寿命（平均2-3年），是普通煤质炭的1.4倍。
木质柱状活性炭主要用途：
1、气相吸附。
2、有机溶剂的回收 (苯系气体甲苯，二甲苯， 醋酸纤维行业中丙酮的回收，粘胶短纤维生产中CS2的回收等。)
3、杂质和有害气体的祛除。

填充时注意事项:
装填时应先筛去因搬运产生的碎粒与粉尘。然后层层均匀铺开，不得从进料孔处直接倒入，以免使大小颗粒装填不均，最终造成气体偏流，影响使用效果。装填结束，开车前应先吹空，吹出活性炭表面粘附粉尘，避免开车后粉尘带入后工段而影响正常生产。
包装及运输：
25公斤编织袋包装，内衬塑料薄膜，也可按客户需求包装，产品在贮存时应放置于阴凉干燥处，运输过程中，防止与坚硬物质混装，以防炭粒破碎，影响质量。防止包装破损以免漏失或混入杂物，防水浸防油防火。
